" Yoga has played a significant role in my life since 2000, helping me build physical strength and flexibility as well as emotional and mental resilience.

I began my journey with Senior Iyengar yoga teachers Christian Pisano and June Whittaker in Nice, and in 2009, I completed their rigorous three-year teacher training program.

For over 15 years, I have been teaching yoga both in group settings and privately.

My passion for learning continuous to grow, which is why I am currently pursuing advanced studies with Yoga Medicine, https://yogamedicine.com/teacher-directory/ . These in-depth courses deepen my understanding of our incredible and complex bodies, allowing me to offer even more to my students. "
